ONE-STOP SERVICE PROVIDER RFP
The Columbia-Greene Workforce Development Board (CG WDB) is soliciting proposals from qualified organizations to provide WIOA Title I Adult, Dislocated Worker, and Youth services as a One-Stop Service Provider for Columbia and Greene Counties, NY in accordance with the requirements of the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act of 2014 (WIOA).
The contract period is July 1, 2026 – June 30, 2027, with the option of up to four (4) annual renewals, subject to performance, compliance, funding, and CG WDB approval.
An in-person Bidder’s Conference will be held January 15, 2026 (attendance encouraged).
Proposals must be received by 12:00 PM on February 2, 2026.
