The Workforce Scheduler is designed to help people manage their appointments with Career Centers. On this modern platform, you can view appointment letters, find meeting links, schedule and attend workshops, and sign up for notifications. This workshop will guide you through NY.Gov account creation and how to use the platform to effectively manage your appointments and sign up for Career Center workshops to learn new skills.
Note: To access the Workforce Scheduler you will need to have an NY.Gov account.
