Using Business Incentives to Market Yourself

Want to make a career change or re-enter the work force but need some on-the-job training?

Looking for creative ways to set yourself apart in an interview?

RochesterWorks offers two programs to companies in Monroe County to help them train and hire workers. Attend this workshop to learn about each program and how you can use this knowledge to market yourself to companies during the job search and interview process.

During the session you will:

· Learn about the Work Experience Tryout and On-the-Job Training programs

· Practice sharing info about each program to an HR or company rep

· Receive marketing and fact sheets to share with companies as part of your job search.
