Is the cost of childcare impacting your decision to start that new job or career? On average, families spend at least 10% of their income on childcare. NY is expanding eligibility to make childcare assistance available to more families to help pay for the cost of childcare. If you are working, looking for a new job, or attending an education or training program you may be eligible for childcare assistance. Even if you have applied in the past and found ineligible, you may be eligible now due to the expansion of eligibility guidelines. Join the Office of Children and Family Services (OCFS) for an interactive session to learn more about the CCAP.
