This Job Strategy Group session focuses on the soft skills that influence hiring decisions and long-term success on the job.

While technical skills matter, employers also look closely at how candidates communicate, adapt, and work with others.

You will explore how to:

• Understand what “soft skills” really mean in the workplace

• Recognize how employers evaluate these skills during hiring

• Identify your own strengths and areas for growth

• Communicate soft skills more clearly in interviews and conversations

This session is designed to increase awareness and help you better understand how these skills impact your job search.
