Job Openings: JOB TITLE: Insulators Apprenticeship, NUMBER OF OPENINGS: 50, JOB SUMMARY:, Our Apprenticeship Program is a 4-year program that combines classroom instruction with on-the-job training. The curriculum is established by the International Insulation Industry Apprentice Training Fund. Teachers are trained to use this curriculum combined with their own experience to prepare apprentices to start their careers and learn new applications as they advance through their apprenticeship. Upon completion of the program requirements, apprentices take a final examination, which they must pass, to graduate and earn journeyman status., JOB REQUIREMENTS:, – Must be 18 years or older, – High school degree or GED, – Able to travel to various locations within our jurisdictions, – Good work ethic and attitude, – Ability to work mechanically in a variety of environments, HOURS: Full-time, WAGES: Year 1 = $23.94 Hourly / Year 2 = $28.72 Hourly / Year 3 = $33.51 Hourly / Year 4 = $38.30 Hourly, BENEFITS: Local Union #91 Benefits
