Many people with disabilities who are looking for work wonder when and if they should disclose to an employer that they have a disability. Our presenters, from ACCES-VR, are employment specialists for individuals with disabilities. They will explain the process of disclosure throughout the process of finding and maintaining employment. This presentation will address both legal rights under the ADA and practical considerations in obtaining accommodations when they are needed.
