This workshop is designed to provide participants with the tools and techniques needed to communicate professionally to help build an environment of mutual respect in the workplace. Participants will learn how communication skills can impact the workplace.
After this workshop, participants should be able to develop an action plan to help improve their face-to-face, phone or virtual communication skills with their customers, co-workers, and supervisors in the workplace.
